If something really important comes in, it should be posted right away. If there doesn't happen to be anything very interesting in the queue (say Matt Dillon takes the afternoon off 9-), then why not send out an animation? Personally, I trust Bob Page to judge which things need to be rushed out, and which can wait a few days of weeks (or years). lee
