Way back then, I bought Online v1.0 from MSS. It was advertised to offer VT100 support. Well, it had major bugs and NO VT100 support when I received it. I heard through others that v1.2 fixed this. I called MSS. Their respons was that I "could send some money and get an upgrade". I politely (well maybe not that politely) informed them that if they didn't upgrade me free, then they had fraudulently sold me the first version. They sent the upgrade (v1.2). Their whole attitude seemed pretty sleazy. BTW, I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. i.e. no mailings about upgrades, nothing! Real jerks!@%@&! I just wanted to post this because it seems that they are still doing the same sleazy business. It's a real shame that businesses like these do so well. I just hope that this will help someone feel better when they get shafted this way. [:-) Tom Boyer, Omega Star Software (-:] Please don't reply directly to this email address about this. He's been really nice to let me post a couple of things.
