No, BOTH the tek 4010 and 4014 are monochrome terminals.  The author of
the tek emulator added his own ideas of commands to support colors.

I recall the docs are in the source code.  It should be in one of the
fish disks.

Yes, I do.  I got it by calling the local tektronix sales rep.  The Tek 4014
manual used to be about $14.
