I'd strongly recommend that you forget about Tek4014 (which was largely a hack)
and locate a copy of VLT by Marvin Weinstein and Willy Langeveld instead.
It has all of the features you'd want.  Not to mention a 60-page manual.

Even if you're not going to do graphics, it's one of the best PD terminal
programs around.
