 I noticed an ad in the latest Amiga World for GEN/ONE a genlock from 
 Communications Specialties, Inc. that claims separate Y/C output for
 S-VHS their number is listed as (516)-273-0404 in the ad. 

 Disclaimer: I just read the ad, don't know who these folks are.
