John,

Since you have experienced your  problems WITHOUT the Micron memory board
(which is an ASDG design hence this message) I don't have to even mention
that your problem is not caused by the MICRON memory board.

What I would like  to  add  to your understanding is that your problem is
not the FFS, your Amiga, or your  hard  drive.  Have you tried talking to
Pacific Peripherals  recently?  They're good folks and I think they might 
have some new information for you.
