Well, the tech notes (in TEXT files instead of the old MacWrite format) are up under Developer Services on AppleLink. If there's a big enough demand, I can re-post them here (or on comp.binaries.apple2 in compressed format). TN #0 says "We place no restrictions on copying Technical Notes, with the exception that you cannot resell them."
