The last line takes whatever is in memory from $2000 - $7C00 and saves it to the already existing file Z.LINK.BNY (the one from the first part), and starts saving at $5C00 in the file. The net effect is that Z.LINK.BN1 gets appended to Z.LINK.BNY.
