I have personally used Kermit65 with the SX212 modem connected in "direct SIO port" mode, if that's what you're asking about... I don't know the name of the particular handler I use, but the filename I've known it by is "RVERT212.BIN". You need to use the version of Kermit65 that does NOT contain the prepended "standard Atari R: handler," then either load RVERT212.BIN first and THEN load Kermit65, OR copy RVERT212 and then copy/ append Kermit65 onto it to get a load-and-go SX212-direct-connect version. I have it around here somewhere, if you can't find it out there in an archive, let me know and I'll mail it OR post if there is enough interest. I've posted Kermit65 and all of the handlers I have (standard R: device, SmartT: for XM301 etc., and RVERT212) several times in the past, but it seems there are new people looking for it all the time. Gee, I wish I'd been the one to port it, I could be making a business of this... hehe...
