I don't know it exactly, but I think it was casting a sector number, therefore you can't address sectors above 16384(?). You may get the sector modulo 16384. Try it and then tell me. You just need a sector editor to see it clearly. I will look it up once more in a book, but I think even blitter-tos isn't able of supporting 32MB partitions.
