I wish to upgrade my 520STFM to 1M by adding 16off 256k*1 DRAMs.
My questions are:-

1/ Are nibble mode rams acceptable?  Ie does the ST use the page address
   mode of vanilla DRAMs?

2/ What other things do I have to do besides putting in the DRAMs?

   There are 3 spare spaces for resistors near the DRAMs which I guess
   are for RAS and CAS (2off).  What value resistors?
   Are there any chip selects to be changed? (There are some chip select
   links near the boot-ROMs -- but are they anything to do with the RAM?)

   (I assume I will have to put in the extra de-coupling capacitors :-)
