Yes, I had. I installed DC Stuffer, pressed the reset button
and also got an infinite reboot. Well, "infinite" until I
turned the power off, waited 10 seconds and turned it on again.
Then it worked fine.

Laser C does not like GDOS.PRG. Try without it.
