Does the HFC problem include the standard on-board DTE port?  I've 
been having the devil's own time trying to interface an antique
Victor Data Products 5080 - no documents of course?

If HFC works (now or in the future) which of the UA printer definitions
most resembles vanilla with HFC on top?

I spent so much time staring at that breakout box I see red & green
spots when I drive to work.
