It is a workable alternative to paying exorbitant costs
when you don't need your hand held. For small customers
who don't have the benefits of having an account rep from
AT&T , they can save you money. 

There aren't enough alternatives to AT&T so businesses like
these are valuable assets. I am still waiting to find a used
XDC card :-)
