Another issue appeared on the newsstands a while back, but I haven't
received it my subscription issue yet, either.

I called them today. (Friday the 13th)
They said that there was some problem with the postal system and the
mailing had been held up. (with what I know about their recent problems,
I'd guess that they owed the post office some money)
They also said that the V9I2 is now mailing out....
