Greetings:

One of our research groups here at U. Waterloo is thinking about
purchasing a uVAX 3300. Its to be used mainly for number-crunching.
The competition is a Sun 3/160 with the Sun fpa. We've found the
Sun is about twice as fast as our current uVAXII gpx when munching
on equations. Does anyone know how the 3300 stacks up against Sun?
