Try your local phone company. Some of them offer a service that allows you to turn off call waiting by dialing a special sequence. This posting reminds me of a guy I work with. At a previous job he only had one modem on his computer. The only people who called the number were Paul and his co-worker. Fortunately for Paul, the co-worker had call waiting.
