After we lost and regained our air-conditioning, we had to undergo some
major repairs including replacement of the hard disk assembly in a 600
megabyte drive.  This was the disk that contained all user areas,
including everything to be posted to comp.binaries.ibm.pc.  We were
able to restore all files from a tape backup made just before the disk
was repaired.

We are now fully up.  Comp.binaries.ibm.pc will be active in another
day or two.  I will clear the backlog fairly quickly.

I will also post a list of pending submissions, so you will know if
anything you sent here was lost due to system crashes.
