Turbo C supports the highest resolution "standard VGA mode": 640x480x16
colors.  Unfortunately, it does not support ANY 256 color mode (on a
VGA).  Really, 320x200x256 is trivial to program (each pixel is a byte
in the address map).

I would really like to see a enhanced VGA BGI which supports "super vga"
resolutions of 800x600x16 or 640x480x256!
