I'm afraid I can't find the manual for my old AST Six Pak Plus card.
All I need is to know how to set the dip switches and jumpes to re-
configure the card.  I'm mostly interested in knowing know to set

	1) the starting address for memory to be added on the card
	2) how to enable the banks on memory 

If you happen to know how to set the remaining configurations
(COM1,COm2,LPT1,LPT2) I'd be grateful for that information as well.

Any help appreciated.
