I have installed a monochrome card in my AT, which already had an
EGA card/monitor.  Everything works fine - I switch to the mono monitor
by doing 'mode mono', and to the EGA one with 'mode co80'.

But when on the mono monitor, everything is underlined!  I know that there
is an attribute bit being set that there shouldn't be, any known solutions?
