has anyone had any experience using TELE Operating System in
developing applications for MS-DOS ?  i would appreciate any
feedback about this product.

i am attempting to develop a pre-emptive, multi-tasking application
which will run under MS-DOS.  i do NOT want to multi-task DOS
applications...i want to write a priority based, pre-emptive sheduled
task (application).

maybe TELE is not the best choice here.  if there are any other 
"shells" that i should look at, please list those as well.
