reply for the limited edification of the net...

I have successfully read a Sun tape on an RT cartridge drive.  Note that I
have only tested QIC-24 Sun tapes (made with /dev/rst8).  I suspect that
the old format (/dev/rst0) will not be compatible.  Good luck.
