What this likely means is that the LAYO resource of your Finder has been 
modified, and the "Skip Trash Warnings" bit has been set. Go in with 
ResEdit, open up LAYO ID 128 in the Finder, and look around a bit. Or,
if you haven't already hacked your Finder, just start up from a System
Tools disk and replace it. There is a program out there, Layout, which
is supposed to let you easily change/modify this resource; however, I
have not had ANY success in using the more recent versions (1.6 and 1.7,
which are needed to deal with Finder 6.x). Even with ALL of my INITs 
removed, I still get instant system error w/1.7 on my Mac II.
