You can obtain the source code for Binhex4.0 in pascal, and other languages
from stanford university via anonymous ftp at the address 10.0.0.56 by looking
in the INFO-MAC directory.
If that is still down, try the other machine at Stanford . You can get more
details by reading the MAC-DIGEST, or whatever it is called (info.mac.digest
maybe). 
If all else fails, I may be able to find the pascal source on one of my backups.
