Hiyah. I have some Postscript fonts that don't seem to exist in a
screen/bitmap version. But, they're damn nice looking, and I'm
willing to expend some effort in making bitmaps for them so I
can use PageMaker and other such stuff with these fonts. What
I'm looking for, in order of preference, then:

1) A way to generate bitmapped fonts from the Poscript fonts,
and have the two work together like any other Macintosh downloadable
Postscript font.

2) A way to kludge my own bitmap font, and somehow "attach" it to
the Postscript files, so that when I use the bitmap font, the 
Postscript file is downloaded upon printing.

Any suggestions?
