Did you see the letter in MacWorld (Feb) regarding fruit? Don Casey of 
Dynatron asked Apple's legal department if it would be OK to use the logo
Flying Apple. "They faxed me a reply within two hours saying that they
will sue anyone who uses any piece of fruit as a logo for a 'computer
or computer peripheral device.'"
