 While I've never personally used this feature, newer versions of VersaTerm
(don't ask me what version it started with cause I don't remember; just
get the latest one!) have such a feature. The host can send a string
of characters which is executed just like a local command macro. Contact
the VersaTerm folks for the specifics.
