Philosophers would allegedly discuss for hours how many teeth they thought a horse ought to have. Apparently nobody considered actually looking at a horse and counting the teeth. Wouldnt it make more sense for somebody to look at the C standard(s) and see what they say about lhs vs rhs first evaluation?
