I mentioned an application for editing SICN resources yesterday, and
have since been asked about posting it.  It was already posted a couple
of years ago; presumably we don't need reruns, so I've made it
available via anonymous ftp on indri.primate.wisc.edu (128.104.230.11)
in ~ftp/pub/SicnEdit.Hqx.  If you don't have ftp access, contact me;
I'll mail it.

I know that ResEdit or whatever will edit these things; it won't do
so as easily, though, I believe.
