	Currently, I am working on a MAC using Allegro Common Lisp.  I am
writing routines to resize and refresh windows.  On resize, I need to
invalidate the scroll bar areas w/InvalRect or InvalRgn.  Is there a way to
intercept resizes from within Allegro Common Lisp?
