For those of you using Microsoft (Absoft) Fortran, there are
at least three typo's in the Include Files which have not yet
been fixed as of version 2.4.  Here they are:

Hope this saves someone some debugging time.  If anyone knows
of other unfixed errors, I'd appreciate hearing of them.
