What we did here was to uncomment out the bunch of
definitions in the file:

/MyDisk/NeXT/System/AppKitFiles/printPackage0.8.37.ps

After doing this, everything has appeared to work ok.   I don't
know if this is 'officially' how it should be done, but it has
worked for us.
