Can someone please tell me how to get the meta keys on my keyboard to
act like meta keys (set the high bit of the character so emacs can understand
it).
I am running NeWS on a Sun 3/60 and on an SGI Personal Iris. I am using 
the Grasshopper group psterm on the sun and wsh on the Iris.
