We recently got 120-foot keyboard and monitor extension cables from a company called NuData and the cables work just great! We're using them with a high-res monochrome monitor and the picture is just fine. NuData makes the cables on a per-order basis and charges $4/ft plus $230 for a base charge. (Plenum rated cables are $5/ft.) They say they've gone up to 160 feet. If you're in the market for extension cables, I highly recommend NuData. Their number is 201-842-5757 (Little Silver, NJ). Disclaimer: I have no connection with NuData other than being a very satisfied customer.
