I am trying to format a CDC Wren V 94186-383H disk on my sun 3/50 using
4.0 format.  The description of the drive is incorrect in /etc/format.dat.
I was wondering if any one out there has both drive  jumper settings and
format information for this drive.  Below is the information that I was
given from the company where I  purchased the drive but does not seem to
work.

        # of data cyl:  1218
        # of alt. cyl:  6
        # of phy. cyl:  1224
        # of heads:     15
        sectors/track:  35
        rpm:            3600
        interleave:     1
