I just read your message on news about your friends being interested
in buying Z-205 boards.  I happen to have an unmucked 256K Z-205
sitting on my shelf next to my old H-89.  I haven't used the board for
three years and last Christmas I gave my Z-100 to my parents anyway.
$150.00 sounds like a fair enough price for the populated card.
