Picked up a free ADM II terminal (the one with the detached keyboard,
monitor, and separate numeric keypad and arrow keys) without instructions.
How does one setup the beast for communications protocols and the like?
I've tried SHIFT-SETUP but that's not what I want.  Anyone know how I can
get instructions from anywhere?
