Hi,

I found the PiCTeX files [pre|post]pictex.tex at a FTP site, but
without documentation. The only documentation was a README which says
that Micheal J. Wichura, the author, has an excellent manual.

Could someone please send me a copy of the manual (preferably the 
.tex file) or show me where to find an online copy of it (.tex or .dvi)?  
Is it available online, or do I have to pay and order a paper-copy?
If so, where & how?
