I am seeking information about mailing lists that relate to technical
writing.  We are aware of the Interleaf and TeXhax mailing lists.
We also know of the death of the desktop mailing list.  Are there any
other mailing lists that technical writers might want to read? Both
tools and techniques are of interest.
