I am running HDB on Bell Technologies version 3.1 Unix. I am
respawning uugetty in inittabs. Unfortunately, the line will
hang and refuse logins for hours on end. Trying to cu the
line from an external terminal fails because no Login: prompt is 
issued (ie, a \r can not get a login prompt.) Anybody have any
ideas?
