When applying fix4, most of the rejected chunks are to the
XConsortium: or rcs_id[] version control lines in various parts of
xterm, which are easily enough hand-applied.  But fix[567] produced an
assortment of 11 files of rejects in the middles of many parts of
xman, and the patches that succeeded were often offset by some large
number of lines, one way or the other.  I feel very, very unconfident
in the quality of the files I've got left, and hand-patching would be
a nightmare.

Could you please put complete fresh distributions of xterm and xman,
at their current patch and revision control levels, on expo so that we
know we've got the Right Stuff?  Thanks very much.
