How do I get a console xterm? I am running Ultrix 3.0 and X11.3 with the
patches. I have no TIOCCONS in my ioctl.h file if that is where it is
suppose to be. With no TIOCCONS I don't compile in the console code. Is
there something I am missing? I compiled the system out of the box.
