I followed the guidelines in INSTALL: 3. config.gcc sun3 was given. 4. bison installed (12-Oct-88). 5. FLOAT_OPTION was turned off. 6. make gave no problems. 7. make stage1 gave no problems. I am working for the first time with gnu.
