I get an error from pr_open about not being able to open /dev/fb. This only happens if the program is compiled + linked on 4.0 - debugging on 4.0 a program compiled + linked with 3.4 works OK. Presumably SUN changed something going to 4.0, but they haven't returned my call. Dbx can't load my program - compiled with GNU cc. There's a long standing problem with symbols of type xs (?) but I have no small example to submit. Apologies for the report being about an old version of gdb - I'm attempting to get a newer one. I'll be only too pleased to hear it's beend fixed already!
