Lines: 16 We are looking for a company which makes an optical scanner. We are building a ranger which makes range images using a camera and a plane of light which must be scanned over an object. We already have a laser source and optics which transforms the beam into a plane of light. The optical scanner should be a mirror controlled by a step- ping motor or a galvanometer movement. We built our own in a previous model, but we now require greater precision. Any information about companies which sell things like this would be greatly appreciated. Please email responses to daniel@cvl.umd.edu, thanks. -- Tharakesh Siddalingaiah --- University of Maryland Computer Vision Lab, (301) 454-5858 ARPA:tk@cvl.umd.edu UUCP:{seismo,allegra,brl-bmd}!mimsy!cvl!tk
