No definitely not. Even assuming you cound get a shuttle to land on the moon, (you couldnt, it doesn't carry enough fuel) how would you get it to lift off again? Put it on your shoulder and set it down vertically on a rock exactly the right shape to act as a launch pad and not damage the engines or tail fin? Unlikely!
