As I understand it, RCS is in the public domain except for a 
specially tweaked diff which could be re-written.  I know that
Polytron and MKS both sell an RCS, although Polytron calls theirs
VCS.  Has anybody ported this package to the PC in the public domain?
Do the gnu-people have a clone?  Any help would be appreciated.
