Does anyone know of a bug in sysV.3.1 which causes crashes when a file
system runs out of space?  I have noticed bio.c is full of spl0()'s,
and they appear in a few other places as well.  Could this have anything
to do with it?

Thanks in advance for anyone who knows the answer (providing it's > 42 :-)
