I am the unhappy owner of a 2400 baud EPIC INTERBNAL modem
for my Mac 2 X. I am not able to use my FAX modem without removing my modem car
I have been told TWICE that the compnay is shippinmg new firm.soft ware to
"take care of the probelm." 
Any hints?

Also . . I have a strange intermittant problem with
my SCSI devices (cd rom and scanner.)
Agian, any advice?
